What a great find for breakfast! Friendly staff, large menu, breakfast served all day, what more could you ask for? Our group had French toast, cinnamon bun French toast (made from cinnamon buns instead of bread) and omelets. All were excellent. The home fries are made with fresh red potatoes and cooked until crispy, so they were a huge hit.
After 11 they serve lunch items also. The salads are huge with freshly grilled chicken on them. The shakes are made to order and thick. You can't go wrong with this diner.

We ate here with a very large group of 20 in the back area where they have a separate space. Our server did a great job. The food was tasty and typical diner fare. Breakfast served all day so I had the French toast.

We mostly go to the Blue Plate Diner for it's fun Diner Theme. The food is is mostly pretty good. A few times have been dissapointed with meals (tasteless or dry items). A few times we waited quite a while for our meals - but usually it is timely. A little expensive for what you get.

We ate here 3 nights in a row whilst staying at the nearby Travelodge. They have a chef who excels at homely food as well as the more typical diner fare. It is a great place to go just for its decor of chrome and black vinyl and witty slogans. Good service. Our only complaint was one we have at most places we visit in the USA - the high level of the air-conditioning which means you go out to dinner in your summer clothes and freeze. It was so cold on the third night we skipped coffee to go back to the hotel to get warm. Such a shame, although our waitress on the first night did turn it down a bit. It wasn't just us - a group of young people seemed to be shivering too.

Walking in I found a vintage themed Diner with a twist... The Wait staff was incredibly friendly and personable. The food came promptly surprisingly since the place was pretty busy... and the Owner came by to ask how everything was .... Kudos Blue Plate Great Job!!! I'll be coming back again soon !
