We spent three nights and didn't want to leave. Diane and Paul were the perfect hosts being friendly but not overbearing. Breakfasts were delicious. Our room spacious, comfy and so clean. One of the best B&B's we have visited. A perfect location to explore Jamestown and its historic parks and we thoroughly enjoyed walking to the ferry at the end of the block which took us to Newport. We did this two days and loved exploring, shopping, eating and walking around Newport. A wonderful three days

My husband and I just finished our third stay at East Bay Bed and Breakfast and were once again impressed by this lovely little B&B. Both the rooms we have stayed in have been immaculate and very comfortable, with many thoughtful amenities, like an in-room fridge with bottled water provided daily. Both beds were wonderfully cozy (where does Diane get those amazing sheets?). The bathrooms are roomy and have been recently redone. Breakfasts are tasty and portion sizes are perfect. Finally, Diane and Paul, the innkeepers, are delightful. We loved our visit and look forward to many more in the future.

We have stayed at East Bay twice now and loved our stays. The location is perfect just a block behind the main street located on a quiet lovely street within walking distance to the main street, shopping, restaurants and the harbor. The hosts are wonderful, Paul and Diane. They make you feel welcome from the moment you meet them to your saying goodbye at check out. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Flat screen tv, mini fridge and a fresh bakery item water bottle and chocolate on the pillow on arrival. Jamestown is a hidden gem. Much smaller and quieter than Newport but with easy access to Newport. A nice selection of restaurants on Main Street and no cover live music at the Ganny most nights.

I love the B&B concept, but so rarely find one that combines the promised charm with a comfortable room and the amenities I expect. Well look no further. East Bay's Narragansett Room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. Never heard other guests coming or going and had everything we needed. Jamestown is an adorable off the beaten path town and all the restaurants are an easy walk from East Bay. Some off street parking, but we did have to park the car on the street both nights which was no problem.

Room Tip: the two front rooms are larger.

Diane and Paul are fabulous hosts at this quaint Jamestown B&B. You are treated as if you are family right down to the homemade cookies and brownies left in your room daily. Forget the mint on your pillow. You get a ghiradelli. Chocolate each night. Clean, spacious and quaint. All rolled into one package. But wait. It gets even better with a homemade gourmet breakfast each morning. Be cautious of one thing...if you stay here, you won't want to go home!
