What wonderful meals we have had every time we go to Bristol and eat at Leo"s. It was referres to us by a friend who"s daughter went to Providence College and found Leo"s while driving through Bristol on there way to Newport. She and her family love and so do we. Whether it"s pizza or a dinner the food tastes great!!!

“We look forward to it every year”
Reviewed August 1, 2013 via mobile

Every summer we spend a week in RI and Leo's has become part of the tradition. We stumbled upon it our first year and were happy we did...we just enjoyed our 6th visit. The menu is really good, something for everyone. The food is excellent and the portions are big. It's a quaint little place with great atmosphere, very New England. We've never been disappointed, we'll be back next year.

“horrible”
Reviewed July 28, 2013

Given the reviews it must have been a really off day. My husband and daughter and I had lunch there today and it was terrible. the food was burnt and our waitress seemed spaced out. The service and food were not good.

“Yummy!”
Reviewed July 19, 2013

Just went to this restaurant tonight and really enjoyed it! I had the chicken saltimbocca and my husband had the lobster mac-n-cheese. Both were very tasty and a good value. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff were wonderful and took great care of us.
We took our two small children with us. The restaurant had high chairs and booster seats and also offered a kids menu. My daughter enjoyed being able to color on the paper tablecloth. :) I can't say for sure because there may be another bathroom I missed, but there wasn't any changing table in the bathroom here, for those who would need one.
All in all, an excellent night out with the family. Great food and service. We will be back!

“Refreshing old style dining”
Reviewed July 6, 2013 via mobile

We've had plans to visit Leo's for years and finally made the trip. Leo's is situated in the nicest town on the east bay, period.
Bristol in itself, is well worth the visit. Leo's has a few outside tables but we wanted to see the inside. First impressions are big, and we were greeted with a smile and conversation. That's refreshing. The layout is reminiscent of an older place, but in a good way. It is clean and well done. It has the old Italian feel that makes us want to indulge in carbs. One of us did indulge and my eggplant parm was impressive. The eggplant was coated with breadcrumbs but still light, clean and not at all greasy. The pasta was done to be firm and the sauce was classic (adding some grated cheese and hot pepper flakes made it right for me).
The other meal we had was lighter. The chicken piccata was a phenomenal version of two perfectly cooked breasts swimming in flavor (less carbs but high on taste and very satisfying). Looking at the other meals passing us by left us with intentions of returning to try most every dish. The waitress we had was refreshing as well. She was attentive and friendly and allowed us to chat and dine while remaining aware of our needs. Compliments for this new favorite place to visit. Thanks Leo's.
