Went to Duke's last Friday night. Easy to find, right on the road and the river. Lots and lots of parking..no issues there. Went inside, we could sit inside seated immediately or on the deck in 15-20 minutes. We were going to a high school football game so we chose to sit inside, immediately. We sat down at 6:05, ordered our drinks. The skinny mini is to die for...malibu spiced rum and diet coke! We had an appetizer, old bay fries with two sauces, one was jalapeno and one was cheese, both delicious and the serving was huge...two of us ate out of it and there was lots left to take home for the next day. We ordered our sandwiches. They have a huge menu from appetizers to full meals..we went with sandwiches. My husband had the Grilled Rachel which he liked very much. I had the Tuscan Turkey...it was on wonderful sour dough bread, spinach with real turkey slices. Couldn't ask for a better sandwich. The sandwiches came out in minutes. We ordered our sandwiches with chips since we already had the fries. but you could get cole slaw, fries or chips. We shared a piece of peanut butter pie for dessert which was quite good. We had our bill at 6:55 and was ready to go to the game. We didn't feel rushed, everything came very promptly and bonus we could hear each other speak in the restaurant. A lot of times at grills, pubs the music is so loud you can't hear yourself think..not at Duke's. It was lively and entertaining without being obnoxious. I highly recommend this restaurant..I would go like to go back. All age groups were in the restaurant, infants, toddlers, young teens, teens, 20-30 year olds, middle age and elderly.....something for everybody! and our bill was a nice 42 dollars total!
