Checked this out for the first time.
We ordered the caprese as an app. That came out, 2 minutes later the salad, 2 minutes later our entrees.
Too fast. I got lasagna and wife got eggplant parm. I peeled back the top layer and not good. Very dry and old. I sent it back for chicken parm. Lia? Came out and apologized and said she was embarrassed how it looked. Wife's meal was cold. That was taken off the bill. Fresh pasta was good though a bit overcooked. We were disappointed. Lots of hype about this place going in.

This was by far the worst dining experience that I've ever had. The service was exceptionally slow for food that was just awful. 90 minutes from order to receive appetizers, and they even came out at staggered times. They also ran out of bread and had to buy more from the store!!!! Supermarket bread for an Italian restaurant??? Our food finally arrived and we were shocked!! 3 ravioli that were one quarter filling to three quarters HEAVY pasta. Gnocchi that were like lead pellets, and rigatoni from a box that were so overlooked they were falling apart. I would give this negative stars if I could. Please do yourself a favor and just spend the money and make your own pasta!!! With the time and money we spent at Tags, we could have fed an army with fresh and quality ingredients.

Great food and very personable staff. Since they moved from Washington Boulevard, the restaurant seems warmer rather than just a pizza shop. Pasta is amazing and the eggplant parm is to die for! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Non existent service. Kept getting excuses for everything that went wrong. Was told at the end that this is a long wait restaurant experience and to expect not to get your until about and hour after order. She said our food came out quick as well. Just overall bad experience!!!
