I've heard a lot of people complain that the 'frog isn't what it used to be, that its too this or that. Mostly people that I would call "hipsters" hate it probably because its too good. I have never had a meal at the Bullfrog I haven't liked. Their beer selection is great, the old brew master was a bit too much into exotic concoctions for beers in the end, but the new brew master has some amazing options.
The food is always great as well. A favorite has to be the Fajizas. It's like a pizza done on the grill with all kinds of different options. The pretzel roll (pretzels by D&L Pretzels in Mifflinburg--also a great place) with their amazing ale-cheese sauce is a great appetizer. Their fresh made potato chips and various types of french fries are good as well. Last visit I had the fish and chips and was amazed at the portion size. I got an entire haddock fried up and brought out with a healthy dose of chips to go with it. The onion rings here are huge and delicious. Their wings are great and meaty too. So many good food options, and the prices are reasonable for a restaurant of its genre.
