This is a very basic hotel priced like a luxury hotel. The rooms are very small, and our room was permeated with a very unpleasant odor from a perfumed air freshener of some sort. I had to go to the spa and buy a candle, which helped some, but the smell remained and eventually caused a middle of the night migraine. We made exactly two requests of the front desk, and neither were fulfilled. When we arrived we requested champagne glasses and an ice bucket. They never arrived. At bedtime we requested different pillows, since the ones on the bed (one pillow each) were as hard as concrete. The pillows never arrived. Our room overlooked the parking lot which is lit up like a Christmas tree all night, and thus so was our room. We had a very bad night's sleep, and a good night's sleep is the very least an over priced hotel can give. Avoid this place if you can.
