“Not impressed”

This place has had numerous changes, our first 2 times there we loved it not so much this time. The pizza tasted like it was made on cardboard! It appears they are now using dried pre-made crusts. There was little sauce and the cheese had that dry artificial quality. So disappointed, a frozen pizza would have been tastier and cheaper!

“Our favorite local pizza place!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 29, 2012

We frequent the Oven.... Very good and fresh wood fired pizza with a wide array of toppings to suit all tastes, white and whole wheat crust too. I also love the chicken pesto panini. they have beer and wine at reasonable prices and gelato for dessert. In nice weather, you can sit outside. Min colder weather, the inside can get a little smokey,. Offers wifi and there is a TV. We are moving out of the area and will really miss is place!

“Best Wood Fired Pizza and Wings....GF and whole wheat options too”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 7, 2012 via mobile

Hands down the best wood fired food. The wings are amazing (a little too salty at times....buy amazing.). The pizza is pricey but so fresh and gourmet that it is worth the few extra bucks. Their breakfast (egg panini....esp the fire roasted tomato and spinach) is totally addictive and well worth ordering even at dinner. Please please bring back the regular eggs tho; sooooo much better last year. Their garlic evoo/dipping bar is a great idea. Nice Christian owners; love to give them business because they are just great people. Overall, healthiest, freshest, best tasting pizza in the North Hills. Only neg, alittle more attention to detail with dusting/cleaning around perimeter is needed (such as by coffee condiments.) Hence, one point off for atmosphere. Oh, and the ice cream/gelato wasn't very fresh (odd aftertaste.) I should've taken it back to let them know at the time. But not really their fault, as they order that from a vendor. Stick to their entrees, I guess....or taste ur flavor before ordering. :-P
