We booked two rooms for our family and another family booked a room also. The rooms were clean and spacious; amenities were nice. Front desk help were terrific. We had a flat tire on departure date and they let us stay another 2 hours! Pool area was a little small but we had a great time and will stay here again.

This Hampton is a relatively new construction so everything inside is new design and very clean! The staff was great and very helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I think the only negative I have to say is the price could have been better, but that is just my opinion. Overall I had a good stay and I do recommend choosing them.

Hotel is very clean, has latest amenities. Great layout of room furnishings. The drive to the hotel off Route 18 is an interesting dog-leg at the Park Inn - glad we didn't arrive at night, just watch for and follow the signs. No restaurants adjacent to property, though, but decent ones are 5-15 minutes drive.

Although we don’t have any restaurants right next to our hotel, we are glad driving the extra 5-10 minutes was worth it to enjoy some of the amazing restaurants that we have in our area. Stay was not correct by using points and front staff person was not friendly even to a freq mem of the Hilton Program - first it was a reward night and wanted to charge cc hold and then after explanation of past stays she said well ok and said that the card was no run it was over a 10 min discussion and then after I found she did charge my card - like she did not care and wanted to go on with something else - I did ask for the management which was not there and later left a several messages that were not returned and then I ended up speaking with management was on leave and apologized for the incident and advised my rewards would be recredit back

Thank you for your honest feedback about our property. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not up to Hamptonality standards. When a member wants to use points for the room, we do still need a credit card for incidentals just in case you use the suite shop or make a long distance phone call. There is always a minimum pre-authorization placed onto the credit card and that drops out after 2-3 business days after checking out. We are very sorry that the situation was confusing and we are happy to hear that you were able to talk to someone so they could reaccredit your points back to your account. I hope that you will give us a second chance in the future so we can show you the Hamptonality that we are known for.

As always the hotle was clean the staff friendly and helpful and the pool and breakfast outstanding! I have stayed here multiple times and each time was a pleasure. My family and I enjoy using the swimming pool and the the kids alaways look forward to the breakfast in the morning!
