Have accidentally stayed here twice, not realizing it was the same place. 1st time, the room had recently been flooded by the bathroom and the carpet was still wet. Sleep number bed was broken, several lamps weren't useable, and the room was overall dirty. 2nd time, was driving late at night and didn't realize it was the same place until walking the oddly decorated halls and entered our smelly room with more broken beds and dirty carpet. Switched rooms this time and was grateful to only have broken tiles and mold all over the bathroom...in addition to the dirty room. NOT a $100/night hotel by any means. I will say the customer service was pretty good. Not housekeeping, but the desk help.

Room Tip: Don't stay here.

We had a great weekend at this location. From the time I first called and booked our rooms until we checked out it was all positive. We are five girls on a shopping trip to Grove City for the weekend. The hotel is an older hotel and the rooms can stand to be remodelled or freshened up but all in all it is a great place to stay. The staff are very professional and personable. We were on the 1st floor & I loved the fact I could walk out our door to the pool & hot tub or be within steps of the restaurant for breakfast. It is not a Hampton Inn but for the money it is an excellent value.

Room Tip: I would recommend the 1st floor of the A section

Teetered back and forth between 2 and 3 stars on this one. It's not to their advantage that I've stayed in some pretty nice hotels lately, but this property has certainly seen better days. Beginning with an elevator ride to the third floor (with signs posted - renovations in progress) that was a little spooky (long wait for the door to close, took forever to get to the third floor, creaking all the way), and then several nights with a ventilation unit that simply has twist nobs where you can approximate the desired temperature. (I know this used to be the norm, but...) Part of the room was always cold. Part of the room was unbearably hot. ALL of the room was incredibly dry since the fan was blowing all the time. I always get dried out in hotel rooms, but this one was especially challenging on that front. The pool area in the center of the complex is pretty nice, (though I didn't use it) all under a covered roof for all-season use. The fitness room was better than I expected, with fairly up-to-date equipment, and more than they appeared to need.

I would say service was mixed, but well intentioned! A DJ arrives on Thursday and Friday night to play music so deafeningly loud that you really don't want to be anywhere near the bar. And I put out my room service tag (which stated that I could do so until 2:00 am) the first night, only to realize that it was never picked up and I nearly missed an opportunity to grab breakfast. But the front desk staff was quite helpful and pleasant over several interactions, and I found the restaurant staff to be particularly welcoming.

Whenever I stay at a place like this, I can't help but wonder what it was like back in the day, when cars had big fins, and the Holiday Inn signs where bedecked in 'moving lights.' Guessing this was one of western PAs most coveted overnight stays back when the Interstate was new. Still a viable place to stay, but that new hotel across the freeway looks mighty alluring!

Room Tip: Make sure you're NOWHERE NEAR the bar if you stay on a Thursday or Friday night. Can't imag...

I stayed at this hotel October 2011. They are doing some remolding. I stayed in the A section, great parking in that area, Our stay came with a breakfast buffet, the made to order omlets were delicious, they had bacon and sausage that were too burnt to eat, also had pleanty of cereal and fruit, my suggestion is to get there early, they ran out of banana's and yogurt, and didn't relace it. My suggestion would be to have the sugar free syrup out with the regular syrup. I was told I had to ask my waitress in order to get it. Planni ng on staying in a few months, and look forward to see the improvments.

Room Tip: Go to breakfast early, some items are not replaced.

We stayed here in late August 2011 to shop at the Grove City outlets. We couldn't stay in Grove City because the hotels in the area were sold out. We decided to stay at the Park Inn by Radisson in West Middlesex, PA.

We checked in later in the evening and the process went fairly smoothly. The lobby area was pretty nice with a lounge area by the front desk. They had a bar with loud music that overflowed into the hallway, but was nowhere near our room.

The hotel was a mix of old and new and looked like they had tried to renovate some things. Our room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was a bit smaller than what we are used to, but it was okay. The shower was older as was the floor, but the counters looked fairly new. The toilet sometimes would keep running and we had to fix it in the middle of the night twice to make it stop.

The front desk staff (other than check in) kept disappearing. We went to ask a question at the front desk one morning and it took us awhile for anybody to show up. When we checked out, it took about 15-20 minutes, and it wasn't because of the people in front of us. It was because the front desk clerk was chatty with the first customer in line and acting as though nobody was waiting. She wasn't even asking questions pertinent to the stay at the hotel.

We had the buffet breakfast for $8.95 in the morning. The waffles were good, but everything else was EXTREMELY salty.

The pool and pool area was nice and clean and the temperature of the pool was perfect. The hot tub was nice, but a little too hot and the seats were really low so I had to kneel on the seat.

This is an older hotel, and the rooms show it. However, it seemed clean as far as old hotels go.

The indoor pool looked great! It was a good size, and in a nice atrium with the hot tub and a lifeguard! Very nice.

The fitness center was also pretty nice as far as hotel fitness centers go. There were 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and 1 recumbant bike. All were in excellent condition! There was also a weight bench, weights, and exercise balls. Best of all, they had a water bubbler, towels, and wipes to clean the machines.

Looks like they're doing some renovations around the pool, so I expect it will get even nicer.

Stayed here with a group for a week. Lots of updating going on and the staff was very accommodating to us because of it. Clean rooms and linens. No bed bugs, so that's great! Lots of parking. Fairly quiet.
