Dinner and a movie for the whole family. Admission is cheap compared to the regulare theatres. And if you only want popcorn and a drink you can spend a great night with the family without breaking the bank!

Unique place to grab a beer and burger and watch a movie at the same time. They have the timing down where everyone gets served during the movie, a unique concept for the area.

Tonight was my second visit to the Cinema & Drafthouse. It is a really unique place to go on a date, for a night out or take the kids. I usually go online, check out the movies that are playing for that weekend and head to Hazleton. There are levels of seating with comfy chairs and counter top tables. There are also regular tables too. So, you sit down and in front of you is a big movie screen. A waitress comes over to take your order for dinner. The menu is not over priced and the food is really tasty. You can get Cheeseteaks, Salads, Sandwiches, Quesadillas, Onion Rings, Soup, etc. You can also order beer, hence the name "Drafthouse". The food comes out during the movie and it suprisingly doesn't disturb the "movie watching". By the time you're done eating your meal...the movie is almost over. It works out really well time-wise. It's $4 for the movie per person -and they are fairly new releases. You also have to pay for your food and drinks - average price for food - $7-$8.50. It's definitely cheaper than going to the movies and buying soda & popcorn. You actually get a meal here. The only drawback that I see is that there are no free refills on the soda. We found this out the hardway on our first visit - I believe it was $2 for the soda & $1.50 for refills. They add up when you don't realize you're paying for them. Especially if the whole family gets one or two throughout the movie. So, if the waitress asks if you want a refill on the soda, just know that it isn't a free one. The second time we visited, we knew better.
