Our stay included a broken toilet and non-working phone in our first room. Amy, from the front desk, was very helpful and moved us immediately, including an upgrade, since there was no maintenance person on duty that evening. The new room was fine, though it looked like someone had punched one of the walls. Bathroom was tiny, mattresses felt like they had holes in the middle, pool needed to be cleaned. It was a hidden booking for us, and wouldn't rate as a 3 1/2 star in my book. The best thing was Amy, who was there again at checkout in the morning.
