The staff is friendly and hospitable. Wifi's excellent, able to get much done during my stay. Their dining room had a varied selection of choices on the menu, so I'm never bored with my meals. The rooms are decently sized and always kept quite neat. There's a salon and a gym kept conveniently on-site.

I have enjoy my visits to The Radnor. Glenmorgan always has a good dinner special, great beer selection, and a varied menu. Staff is always courteous and attentive. Rooms are smaller, but it is an older hotel. They are however clean and well maintained. My go to hotel when in need on the Main Line. Plus there's a good salon on site and a great gym as well.

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms and Baths are small. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on out side the room. The rooms are clean the staff is professional. They tend to be higher priced given their location. This place is not a value.

We chose this hotel because of an event that started from the hotel. We mentioned this to the staff and were upgraded to a suite! There were very few people staying here that weekend, but still it was a fantastic gesture on clerk Anna's part. (Sorry, can't remember the other lady's name, but she was also very helpful and had an unusual, lovely name.)

Our experience may be atypical since we were in a suite, but the room was very clean, had plenty of floor lamps and table lamps for lighting. Towels were fluffy and soft, and the bathroom amenities comparable to a boutique hotel we stayed at in London.

Bed was comfortable, with a selection of pillows. WiFi connection was excellent.

Restaurant was excellent, despite it being absolutely dead. A little pricey, but not out of the ordinary for this type of hotel. Breakfast prices were a little high, so we went up the street a block to the Giant Food Store and ordered breakfast sandwiches and picked up some yogurt instead.

Only nitpick? Elevator was very slow and small. I made better time up the very broad staircase around the corner from the elevator.

The hotel is very convenient to a lot of places and is very well run. The staff, especially at the front desk, are fantastic. The only negative is the walls seem thin, but that is getting to be the norm in all hotels.

Don't stay there.

Keep on driving past.

There HAVE to be better options than this place.

PROS:
None

CONS:
Dark
Dated
Depressing
Slow service
Not the most competent staff
Tiny bathrooms
Horrible lighting
Terrible closet space - even for one person (won't hold a regular length dress or coat - very short and they have those 'theft deterrent' hangers so you can't even improvise the hanging space
Small windows so very little natural light

It's like staying in a renovated dorm.

This place would make me drink heavily if I were a drinker.

I'm sorry...I'm just too depressed to make this review any more detailed. I need sunlight!
