This is one of my family's favorite local places to eat. There aren't many non-chain options in Washpa, but if you are looking for reasonably priced American/Italian food that isn't a chain, this is a good option. The fried zucchini is great. The sauce is good. They used to have a small and a large option, but now it's just the small. But don't be deceived by that, the small is huge! It's a great appetizer to feed at least four people. My husband loves the stuffed steak. It's steak stuffed with cheese and shrimp and he swears by it. I like to try the specials. They are usually very good. But I like a lot of things on the menu - pizza, sandwiches, pastas, steaks and chicken. They have excellent steak and grilled chicken salads - served Pittsburgh-style with fries. Great place for kids, too. They don't have a kids menu, but there are options that are great for kids, like pizza and sandwiches. We usually get the side of spaghetti for my daughter, and she always takes some home - the side portion is that big. Prices: you can eat expensive if you are eating the meats, but if you stick to pastas, sandwiches, salads or pizza, it is very affordable. They also have a back room, which is good for events like showers, birthdays and rehersal dinners. It isn't big, but good for small to medium groups.
