Nice little restaurant - decent menu fair prices - had lunch 2 adults/2 kids in Aug 2012 - food and service was very good, interestingly served in a fryping pan - some people found that not upscale enough but hey its a diner.... so good food and sevice coves what you need

Went there for breakfast and of course had to get eggs in a pan! The meal was awesome...by far the best breakfast I had all week long. Service is great! People where so nice and the place is decorated so cool! Looks like a little country kitchen! Will def. be coming back here.

My wife always thought this place looked interesting so we decided to stop for lunch on our way to Mt Airy. What a pleasant surprise. I ordered the special a sampling of two of their smoked meats pulled pork and brisket. The meal was served in a skillet which was very quaint. However, the pulled pork was very delicious and melted in your mouth. The brisket was good but a little fatty. Over all a very good meal.

Very unique restaurant. The breakfast entrees are served in skillets. The portion amounts are incredible !!! Everything was so good !!! From the coffee, the brooklyn rye toast, eggs to the assortment of breakfast meats. The best thing was the price. For two people our tab was $21.00. We paid the same at Cracker Barrel and got alot less. Our waitress Phyliss was the best and the owners made us feel at home. We can't wait to go back !

My husband had never vacationed in the Poconos. So to celebrate our 12th anniversary we made a weekend honeymoon plan. We stumbled upon this 1949 era gem and can't wait to come back. I own a bakery and service, food and ambiance is the key. All were absolutely excellent. We ate breakfast there all three days of our trip. The owner was delightful to talk with. The fun and quirky decor made you laugh and remember days with your grandparents. The staff was attentive and spunky.

Now the food, that was just awesome. Everything in a frying pan was tasty and filling. If you are looking for some snooty, turned up nose location to eat...THIS IS NOT IT. This is food to fill your belly, not empty your wallet and bring back the trips and memories of yesteryear.

There is a reason this place has been around since the 1940's
