After going 1/2 hour out of our way from our hotel (The Chateau Resort) because the GPS couldn't find it, we finally called and got proper directions. We were a party of 9, and were easily accommodated and seated quickly. Our waiter, Andrew, was attentive and funny, joked with the kids and always made sure our drinks were never empty.
David was our hibachi chef and he was hilarious. His references to pop culture amused the kids and his knife work and flame throwing was impressive. The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Sushi was excellent.
The only drawback to this fun place were the prices. Very high for the Poconos (29.95 for shrimp). Granted the portions were huge and we took home the leftovers, but these prices are more suitable in NYC. Once was enough, we probably won't go back.
