We loved visiting the farm over Memorial Day weekend. Our 3 1/2 yr old and 1 1/2 yr old had so much fun. Beautiful historic farm with so much to do and see.

Quiet Valley Farm is a great place to spend a relaxing and informative day with your family. The grounds are lovely and very authentic. There is so much to learn from the staff and so many farm animals to interact with. They have fabulous festivals each year like the Farm Animal Frolic in May which features many baby farm animals. The Old Time Christmas is lovely as well. It is a wonderful place to visit over and over again!

This is a working farm where they show what life was like in the colonia period. They even do special events through out the year. There is a cost, but well worth the price.

I liked being able to step back in time to a simpler and quieter time.

I've been here twice on 3rd grade field trips. The tour guides act like members of the family that settled the farm and they take you all over the property to see the school, barns, home and work areas that were used during those early settlements. The guides keep kids involved, letting them jump in the hay stacks in the barn and play with the farm animals. The discussions are very interactive and the kids will marvel at how different life was.... and how easy they have it!
