“Needs some help”

They need music or something, and the bar could really use some re-working. Not a bad bartender, just could have been a little nicer.

Poor atmosphere, but awesome food.

Felt uncomfortable while I was there, the laid back, yet classy environment i was looking was just not at this place.

“Unique menu offering wine by the glass or bottle. Worth the drive”
Reviewed June 7, 2013 via mobile

The zucchini ribbons + prosciutto with parsley pesto is a delight to my Italian palate. I recommend this appetizer. For the main course try the fig and pig hand tossed pizza which features arugula and goat cheese. Friendly service-quality wines

“Dining destination”
Reviewed April 17, 2013

Imagine my delight Saturday evening when we discovered the Main Street Wine Bar at the end of a 45 minute sprint from Pittsburgh, up the PA Turnpike (Donegal exit). Nestled into the rolling hills of the Ligionier Highlands, this wine bar is a culinary oasis. It's a short menu but when the beef is from a farm right up the road who needs more? And when the cheese plate includes a flatbread made on-site, and a very generous sampling of artfully arranged cheeses, again, who needs more?

We had a wonderful evening, courtesy of the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, a terrific flight of red wines (thank you Diane, resident wine sommelier, for the recommendations), and a delectable steak. I am already looking forward to my return visit when the outdoor patio is open.
