Long drive from Michigan. A warm welcome and a very comfortable room. Just what was needed.

Read a number of reviews online, and this place had good reviews. A midrange price hotel, but I found a coupon for $79 at the Turnpike rest stop.

Double beds were comfortable, room very spacious. Computer desk with chair, and a separate comfy chair for reading. Nice size fridge and microwave. Bath room clean and roomy.

Only complaint is that like many places, they have gone to four small pillows on the bed. I prefer larger ones.

Breakfast room is one of the largest I have seen. Well stocked. Attendant very friendly and helpful. USA Today and a local paper. A very comfortable place to eat.

Staff is top notch. Late night front desk, very welcoming. Morning desk, the same.

Lots of construction around the area, but signage to the Comfort Inn is good. Many places to choose from. Glad I landed here. Would stop again.

Room Tip: I was in the farthest room from the elevator - a corner room. Very quiet and an easy walk.

Every member of our team aims to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We've been staying at Comfort Inns this year and this one has a good one! The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and updated. It had a large refrigerator and microwave. it also had a nice occasional chair and ottoman along with a desk and chair. Our room was close to/next to the ice machine, but we never heard it. The breakfast room was a nice welcome. It was large and had many tables, very accommodating. We never had a hard time finding a table for breakfast. The breakfast was free and served hot items (waffles, eggs-formed egg patties, and sausage patties). Some Comfort Inns have scrambled eggs and sausage links. The food area was ample and clean. There was one woman staffing the food area and replacing and replenishing the food. The food selection was large and there was plenty to eat and everything was good, except I didn't care for the waffles. The batter seemed sour, but maybe it was buttermilk or sourdough flavor, but it was something I didn't like. I liked that they had light yogurt for those watching their figure. The hotel also had a 'bar/club' area in the basement area of the facility where you could watch football on a big screen and get bar food like fries and a hamburger. We checked it out, but didn't eat there. The room was big enough, but it was dark and didn't seem to have any windows and there was a wooden dance floor in the middle of the room, seemed a bit of an awkward space and out of place.

We would definitely stay there again while in the area.

Stopped on our way home from Fallingwater and found an availabiitiy. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room had flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. No complaints except the breakfast. For whatever reason; I was told by a staff member that they were not allowed to cook the food there. I could give it an excellent recommendation if the food was prepared better and hot. Staff was helpful telling us about a nice restaurant (Grill) very close by where we enjoyed a delicious dinner.

Decided to take a trip to the 911 memorial and wanted to stay overnight. Searched the area online and found this hotel. From check in to check out everything was nice. Brittany at the front desk was helpful and she even called our room to make sure all was ok. The bar are was nice. The Breakfast area was well maintained and the women working it were very attentative. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. A pleasant and quiet stay.

This is a CLEAN hotel. However, for the quality of room, I thought that $95 was pricey. I would expect to pay something closer to $75-80 for this room. It's an older hotel that hasn't been updated recently. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, older carpet, old bedspreads. However, it was a CLEAN hotel, and the staff was very friendly and made some local delivery suggestions for dinner (had great pizza from Franks!) and also made some suggestions about where to keep our moving truck. Continental breakfast was okay, had the basic essentials, but not much else. The rooms do have a mini-fridge and microwave, which was very nice.

Most importantly, it was one of the few pet-friendly hotels along the PA Turnpike. We were really grateful to find any place that accepted pets along the turnpike, and the staff placed us in the "A" entryway, near an exit door, so that we could take her out quickly.

There is construction going on around the hotel, but there were clear signs to get there. Location is right off the turnpike, so it's very convenient for travelers like us, who just need to make a quick overnight stop.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our property. We're glad you found our hotel clean and our staff friendly. Our staff is great at making recommendations for dinner, and being that Frank's is a local and staff favorite, we're glad you enjoyed it as well. Our hotel does sit at a prime location right off the turnpike and we try to make our hotel as easy to find as possible. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us!
