This hotel was a GREAT choice for anyone touring or visiting any student at Slippery Rock University. I was less then 5 minutes from the campus. It is about 10 minutes from the Prime Outlets in Grove City PA. It was very clean and rooms were well equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. Bed were VERY VERY comfortable and pillows were soft. Clean smell from the minute you entered the room till you left. Nice flat screen TV as well in the room. Will make this a return stay for sure!

Was only in town one night, two days. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was less than 5 minutes from Slippery Rock University. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Grocery store, fast food restaurants, etc less than two minutes from hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor very quite. The beds were so COMFY!! Would have been great if this hotel offered "true suites."

My family & I stayed here while visiting our daughter at Slippery Rock University. The location was perfect as it was right down the street from the University. The rooms were clean and the hotel seemed newer and in good condition. It had a small fitness center and a nice pool and jacuzzi for guests. We enjoyed that in the evening. The hotel offers a free continental breakfast in the morning which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute necessity. The staff was friendly and the place is practically brand new. The room was a two queen bedroom and spacey. Bathroom was large too. We had requested an extra set of sheets so out extra person had a spot on the floor and they immediately offered & brought a rolling twin bed to the room. Free breakfast with a nice selection. I wish every hotel we have ever stayed at, was just like this one.

We stayed here on a stopover to somewhere else, and really liked the terrific new Fairfield design of both the lobby area and our room. Our double queen room had very comfortable beds and a nice desk setup. And the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and gracious for a hotel at this price level. It was lovely to have a porcelain cast iron tub, albeit shallow, as opposed to a fiberglass tub. And the expansive granite counter made it feel like home.

As Marriott rewards members, we were offered a small bag of candy upon arrival in addition to points and that was a lovely surprise. The tiny market had some nice offerings, including hummus and pretzels, which was just right for a 10pm arrival.

The staff were terrific and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area. We felt very lucky to have found this place on our extended holiday and it was no more than 15 minutes off of I-80. Totally worth it!

Room Tip: The top floor of hotels are always quieter.
