Went last night to see Think Pink Floyd in Milton DE. T e quality of the musicians was outstanding. They played everything from old to more recent. Knew all the songs and history of the band. Lead guitarist was amazing. I just sat and absorbsed that phenomenal music.

A previous movie theater directly next to the Washington House restaurant in the town of Sellersville, obviously. Being a nice enough small theater all seating is close enough to the acts to be able to easily see and hear performances. Of course ones enjoyment will be mostly based on their appreciation of the act itself. We have enjoyed the three show we have seen there. Choose from singers, solo or in a group, bands and personalities of interest. We did catch a great act on the way up but most are sort of has beens, which is not a bad thing if into nostalgia,back-in-the-day stars or stars of medium brigtness. The restaurant at the Washington House offers a good sized menu at moderate prices for mostly average to almost good food. Convenience is of course the best reason to dine at the Washington House. There is ample parking in a lot just adjacent to the theater which does fill quickly.

What an awesome and intimate setting for a concert. Small beautiful old restored theatre. Not a bad seat in the house. Small bar with beer and wine to take to your seat. Will be back again.

Saw Basia at the Sellersville this past Thursday 10/4. Basia gets 3.5 stars, but, this review is for the theater, which I’m giving 5 stars.

Small, intimate theater, looks like a converted movie theater. Plenty of parking close by. Small lobby with bathrooms (clean), snack bar (overpriced IMHOj, ticket office, and artist table (cd’s etc). Ushers seemed to be mostly seniors, but, they were a delight; friendly, helpful. The theater is basically divided into 3 sections. A back, a front, and some cabaret style seating in the very front. We were in row K, the first row of the back section. If you want legroom, this is the row for you. Acoustics were surprisingly solid. Ushers kept rowdy guests under control, escorted those that are moved to stand and dance to a side aisle so as not to block other patrons’ views. Small theatre, less than 300 seats, brings everyone close to the action.

Really a nice little gem of a venue. They host a wide assortment of entertainers. Do yourself a favor, book a show. You may not love the performance, but, the theater will not disappoint.

Saw the Devon Allman Project there. Small, intimate, only about 240 seats. Great sound and lightning. Not a bad seat in the house. Can’t go wrong seeing any kind of show there. Great bill of future acts and all at a reasonable ticket price. Sure wish we had something like it where I live.

What a great place to see them! Clean, friendly and super cool spot. Stayed next door at The Washington House Hotel. Bucks County is a gorgeous place to discover the old town feel. Would highly recommend.

The untiring staff is not satisfied unless everything is perfect. And it generally is. A lovely intimate venue to see your favorite acts up close and personal. Good acoustics, good seats and the staff is phenomenally kind. Treat youself and go. They get wonderful acts in, and performers want to return year after year it is so good.

The theater is small and has great acoustics. It's a very intimate setting and for as many concerts as I've attended, there's always a great connection between the performers and audience. The Washington House restaurant across the street serves great fare and often hosts smaller performances. Parking is behind the theater and costs $5. Check the website for concert updates - some top notch performers!

Great place for a concert, small and intimate with great sound. Beer and wine available in the lobby and there is a deck attached to have a smoke and a drink before the show.
