Waiter was willing (but not altogether capable) of managing GF substitutions on menu, but the St. Louis style ribs were the real thing. Dry rubbed and seared before a drop of BBQ touched them (unlike another restaurant a few miles up Rt. 15). Mashed sweet potatoes were fresh and the cole slaw was good, but not notable. Cleaned those ribs down to the bone, they were that good. Will return.
