We just went to Great Wolf Lodge with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons, ages 4 and 7. It was a lot of fun and we all enjoyed the waterpark. We participated in the clock tower show and story time and spent some time in the arcade. Everything was beautifully decorated for the holidays and very "magical" looking. In that way they did a great job and the rooms were clean and the service friendly. The only down side for us was how expensive the food, activities, and any "extras" were. We had the buffet breakfast and didn't realize they were charging us extra for every juice and coffee. The snack prices were high and so were the other activities. As someone said, it was very "Disney-ish" in that way. I am more accustomed to all-inclusive and cruises and was not prepared for all the additional fees for everything. It was extremely cold outside and we found the water park building and the pool water to be a bit chilly. A nice place, but an expensive family outing.
