Christmas at the William Penn Omni

I love the William Penn Omni- especially at Christmas time- it is just beautiful! All staff are so well trained to make guests feel special. Our suite was beautiful- quiet, comfortable, relaxing & very clean. The pleasure of staying at this grand hotel is truly an experience that everyone should have.

Very nice hotel

Room was amazing. We didn't have a room with a view but that was ok. Bed was comfortable but I'm used to sleeping on a memory foam pillow so it was a little uncomfortable. Heater made noise when it would come on which woke me up, but didn't wake my husband up. Loved the late check out time of noon. Elevators are fast and quiet but are small. I would stay again

Excellent Staff

Amanda can be considered a top notch representative for this hotel. So were the valet and porter (I did not catch their names) as most of the interaction was with Amanda. However, both valet and porter were extremely helpful and friendly.

Beautiful historic hotel

The William Penn is beautiful (especially around the holidays) and has the best service - from the front desk, to the two bars to the restaurant. It is my favorite place to stay on business or pleasure.

Great business stay/Want a couples experience

I really enjoyed by stay at the Omni William Penn. I was in town for a conference, but I would love the opportunity to return with my spouse to experience the quality stay again and to enjoy downtown Pittsburgh!
