The Omni William Penn hotel in downtown Pittsburgh is a luxurious place to stay in the heart of the city. From the friendliness of the staff to the elegance of the restaurants and lobby area, the Omni William Penn does not fail to disappoint. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. A good night's sleep is also welcomed at this hotel. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants and the Consol Energy Arena. The historic charm of the building is beautiful and unmistakable!

The team at the William Penn Omni Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh is amazing. They take care of each guest as if they were guests in their home. They are all professional and the room was great. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. I will be back the next time I am in Pittsburgh.

Our room was huge, including two bathrooms. The restaurants were great and let my son order from the pub menu even though we were in the restaurant... The room was quiet and clean and the service lovely.
My only critique was that the two bathrobes provided had not been cleaned well and had other peoples hair still on them:( Also, it is a bit cheap in this day and age to charge guests for wifi when most of the discount hotels provide it free of charge...

The William Penn is beautiful with so much history and the staff will make you feel like royalty! Don't miss your stay here when you visit the city of Pittsburgh. The hotel was busy with guest and they still managed to be very prompt with everyone. I will return!

A historic gem. Food was excellent. Staff was eager to make our stay memorable. The room was spacious and had little extras that meant a lot to me - a motion activated light at the bottom of the nightstand to light up the floor if you got out of bed in the middle of the night. The bed was cozy and comfortable. I would stay here again with no hesitation.
