Enjoyed staying at this traditional hotel. Joining the loyalty program was worthwhile, as it seems like we were upgraded to a more spacious room, and there was a complimentary coffee delivery in the morning. One thing that surprised me was that there did not seem to be any valet parking. However, I was able to find garage parking a short ways down the street for only $5/night.

If you are looking for a hotel with historical feeling and beautiful appointments, this is the place for you. It is newly rennovated and is an opulent, yet friendly place to settle in a wonderful city.

Apart from some minor problems like a missing television remote control and the tempurature of the room being set too low, I thought that my stay there allowed me to rest and get some work done. The front desk easily resolved the missing television remote control within minutes and I simply adjusted the room thermostat to my desired tempurature. My membership in the Select Guest Program allowed me to use the hotel's 3Mb/s WiFi server that was sufficiently fast enough for me to get some work done in the room. My Select Guest Program membership also allowed me to take advantage of the room service by having a morning snack delivered to the room for no extra charge. The Omni William Penn Hotel is close to the David L. Lawrence Convension Center as well as to every other part of the Pittsburgh downtown area.

We stayed here the night before our Steamboat cruise on the American Queen

The hotel was lovely & well maintained, old world charm
Lunch in the restaurant was very good & reasonable, large lobby to sit and enjoy

The room was a very nice size with a seating area though a lamp beside the chair for reading would be a nice touch
A short walk to Macy's & other local restaurants
Would recommend this hotel

Always love staying here - very easy to get to places in Downtown, food is great, fitness center has alot of equipment and staff are always polite. Rooms are smaller but are nice since its original style to the original hotel.
