The location was great for access to the Steelers game, the breakfast was yummy and the staff friendly. The hotel appears to have had a recent re- model and although it looks cheaply done, it's sufficient. The big issue, traffic noise! Don't stay in room 615!

Hi, Justin H!

Thank you for your stay and leaving us feedback.

I am glad that you find our hotel staff and their service pleasant. It is also nice to know that you liked our breakfast and food options. But, I am sorry that the location and sound insulation of the room received caused you inconvenience. I have passed this on to the management and ownership of the hotel to check how we can improve our services.

As we strive to become better, we would love to host you better on your next stop in the area.

Many thanks,

Anne A

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the location since it is basically across the street from PNC Park which we had tickets for one day and was doing a tour the next. It is also fairly close to the Roberto Clemente Bridge (which we walked across) and the waterfront which we enjoyed walking along in the evening. The breakfast was perfect for us since it had a variety of foods. We tried to use the shuttle but unfortunately a train derailment had some roads closed so it was not traveling to the south shore because of the heavy traffic. It was easy to park beside the hotel even though it was extra. If we ever come back to watch the Steelers, this would be a good place to walk from, too.

Excellent hotel to stay at for a Pirates game. Our two bed suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good and capped an excellent stay. The only negative to this hotel is that it has a major highway running behind it that creates significant noise. If your room is on the backside of the building your going to have a hard time sleeping. But for a one or two night stay the convenience of the location outweighs the negative.

This Holiday Inn is located a few minutes from Point Park University, University of Pittsburgh and Pirates stadium and Steelers/Pitt stadium! Great location, easy to access, most times is affordable, rooms are clean and fresh. Would recommend this if visiting a Pittsburgh college/university or visiting for a Pirates , Steelers or Pitt game. Easy walk to the ballparks. Parking is good and safe. Have stayed here about a dozen times in the past year and have never been disappointed
