Description: P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

Always love the street noodles and the green beans. They use to have great street tacos with lobster but decided to remove them from the menu. Sad decision!

Service was outstanding! Had the calamari for appetizer as well as lettuce wraps. Very good!

Main course was really good, but really, really rich!

Would go back, but would try the lo mein next time!

PF Chang’s has always been a favorite of mine for at least the past 10 years. Ordered carry out dinner yesterday and was shocked at the poor quality of the food. I ordered beef ala Sichuan (my all time favorite) and hot and sour soup. The soup was tasteless and if it was a half cup in total I’d be surprised. The beef dish was disgusting. In the past, It was always prepared with beef that was sliced julienne style. My meal had huge beef chunks similar to that of stew meat. It was almost as if the preparation process was sidestepped for some reason. Not a pleasant experience. I ended up tossing it in the trash.

We made reservations ahead for 4. So we were able to go right in on a Friday evening with no wait. Made the lettuce wrap my meal. They were delicious and fresh. All four of us were very happy with our meals.
