Stayed here for one night during our annual MLB tour to see the Pirates. This hotel was the highlight of all our trip accommodations! Great location convenient to all sports venues and downtown attractions. Free parking, super friendly staff, HUGE rooms well stocked with all you could require for your stay. Breakfast was free and very good although seating can be hard during peak times. All told, this was a very well maintained and managed property. We will look nowhere else when we visit again.

The hubby and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night before heading to Ohio. The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel has free parking and is within walking distance to Lidia's Italy and many restaurants. The room was very large and the bathroom was spacious with a large shower. I just wish I did not find a hair in my bed. The guest in the lobby were noisy and playing with balls which I thought was inappropriate. I just wish the television was larger since it is quite a distance away from the bed.

In a area that has remote parking for the downtown - but directly across from the Heinz History Museum. Area doesn't have much foot traffic. Close to Lidia's restaurant. Liked that they changed their afternoon snack daily and the breakfast main course offering was varied each day.

Arrived at the end of a 150 mile bike trip. Front desk was warm and welcoming, upgraded us to a palatial room where we could keep our bikes, gave us tickets for free beers at the Brew Church. We told them we were catching the 4:50 AM train back to DC in the morning so they had us carry out breakfast bags ready when we checked out. Hotel is only a block away from the Amtrak station.

Within an easy 10-15 minute walk to PNC Park. Coupled with free parking, close by places to eat, and downtown it fit what I was looking for during my stay in Pittsburgh. Easy to find off the main highways. Clean, quite rooms. Had a nice view of the river. Quality breakfast with a variety of items in which to choose from. Friendly staff.
