Everything was great. Nice greeting, clean nicely equipped room, decent hot breakfast,
very helpful staff, very good restaurant, perfect location.
I brought a girl's hockey team from Toronto with a large coach bus and the hotel was very helpful with parking even with a local football game on at the same time.
The room had some nice touches, reading lights built into the headboards of the bed, clock radio with a iphone dock. Sitting area with a micowave, fridge and sink as well as a desk, nice modern set-up
The breakfast area lounge is large and there is another sitting area with work stations and more tables across the hall
Highly recommended

Great location. Parking at $20 overnight is a lot cheaper than parking in a lot for the game. Hotel still feels new... front desk wasn't the friendliest, but they were competent. Room was nice- there are different layouts but the two I saw were equal it seemed in terms of room size and amenities. Didn't use the pool. Breakfast met expectations for a Springhill Suites. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend away with our kids to see the Steelers game. Great place to stay in Pittsburgh. Staff was exceptionally friendly and kind, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffett is included. It's in walking distance to all the great restaurants, right next to the baseball stadium and just a few blocks to Heinz field and the Science museum.
However, if you're not a sports fan and don't like crowds, you may not want to stay here during games. The tailgating is in the lot and it can get rowdy. Pool is small but works for kids.

Room Tip: If you get a room away from the highway, it might be quieter, but then you lose the views of the sta...

Another nice stay at the Springhill Suites across from PNC Park in Pittsburgh. We've stayed here several times over the past ten years or so since it opened, and have been very pleased every time. The place is always clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Getting there is sometimes a bit of a challenge due to its location near PNC Park, Heinz Field, the casino, and the nature of Pittsburgh's street grid (LOTS of one-way streets and somewhat confusing directions), but well worth the effort. It is conveniently located to downtown and attractions.
Typical continental breakfast, with plenty of food and decent variety.
Comfortable and clean room. A little noisy on the upper floors from the elevated highway, but not awful. Small fridge and microwave makes even a short stay a bit easier.

Looks and feels like a brand-new hotel. Lobby has been totally refurbished, hallways and rooms have clean, bright, cheery carpets and decor and are very well-lit. Not very romantic, but great for families. Standard continental breakfast. Took me two minutes to make reservation via Marriott, two minutes to check in, and two minutes to park--not bad at all. Very friendly and efficient staff. Property has seen all kinds of businesses grow up around it, so it's in a great location: easy access to North Shore venues, and a five-minute walk across nearby bridge to cultural district and heart of downtown. Excellent dining options within a 15-minute walk, from $ to $$$$. Good restaurant, SoHo, within property. Good pool and fitness center.

Room Tip: It's a high rise hotel, so an upper east-facing room has a great view of a sparkling skyline.

Check in fast and informative. You have to pay extra $19 per night for parking, but they have a shuttle service to take you anyway and back in the city. Room was very nice. Shuttle service to the Rivers Casino was fantastic. Complimentary breakfast was very good. We will do this again. This would be a great stay during baseball season. PNC Park right across the street.

Stayed at Springhill Suites for 2 nights while attending the Steelers game. Great location, and within walking distance to Heinz Field and casino. The hotel does provide shuttle service, but on game day with all the traffic, it really isn't an option. You can also pay a jitney driver to haul you, but the walk isn't bad. Suites were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Street noise was high the second night, but you are in a big city, so that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast offered a very good variety and quality of food. Restaurants and sports bars all around. Sports bar across from hotel very good-but can't think of the name of it now. On site parking provided at $19 per night. I will definitely stay there again.
