Having known and heard about LongHorn for quite some time, I was really looking forward to it when I finally went a couple weeks ago. It was practically empty when my wife and I walked in around 7pm on a Monday night. We were immediately seated and chose a couple interesting mixed drinks, of which they had a good selection. We started off with the cheese fries, which was literally big enough for 3-4 people and I wish we hadn't gotten, only because we would need the room for later! For our main courses, my wife ordered the bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed filet mignon, and I ordered the filet and lobster tail combo. We both described our filets as "possibly the best steak ever". I will say while my lobster tail was good, it definitely wasn't as good as having it at home. Adding to the good meal was excellent service from our waitress, who checked on us often but not too much. Overall, it was an expensive meal but worth it in my opinion, and I would definitely return on a future special occasion.
