When the Wilkins Twp BWW opened earlier this year , they were putting out quality Burgers and Grilled Chicken sandwiches. It now seems they are pre - cooking the meat and by the time they serve it the chicken or burger is dried out or over cooked. Last time i was there I mentioned about the smaller size of the grilled chicken and how dried out it was. They brought me a fresh one that was more like the way they made it when the store first opened. Sometimes VERY loud , may not be able to carry on a conversation. Great place for watching sports. Service was good.
Will NOT return unless i hear they are doing a better job in the kitchen

Had good, friendly service. Many college football games on, which is one reason for going.

We arrived at BWW just after noon on a Friday. It was what I would call "average busy." Most of the tables and booths were occupied, but at no time during our visit did I ever see a line to wait for a seat.

I was never a fan of this BWW. There are a lot of offices in this area and colleages come here to talk. Yet they blast the music so that conversation is difficult. Also a couple of years ago they changed their lunch menu so that there is little on there that I like. Same opinion is shared by my colleagues. After looking over the lunch deals we start looking over the non-deal menu. Maybe that was their plan all along.

Anyway, our waitress was friendly and polite, no problem there. We placed our order at about 12:15, and that's when the fun began. After about 20 minutes she would swing by and say, "shouldn't be long" or "I'll see what's holding things up." But finally at 12:55 we decided that we could wait no longer. The six of us got up and left back for work w/o so much as ever seeing our food.

I have eaten at this location a few times and the wait time is inconsistent. It is never what I would call fast but it can be slow. And, again, it is noisy if you plan to converse.

To their credit the food, when it does arrive, is quite satisfactory. But to me it's not worth the wait and the noise. After my most recent visit I don't plan to return for at least a year.

Good wings, always very loud and crowded, especially for sporting events on TV.
