We live here and this is one of our favorite places for a nice meal and or drinks. Their fried calamari is about the best we've ever had. Service is excellent, prices reasonable and over all the food is good.

Went here for my bachelorette party and drank one fancy martini after another. Low key crowd, great atmosphere and made for a great night.

I highly recommend Olive or Twist which is not only good but a fun place to be especially on weekends. It is located in the Theater District which makes it very easy to dine or have drinks before and/or after events and shows. We went without reservations so we could not sit on the main level. To our delight, the upstairs lounge and bar was open and we were able get a full meal there. The room is open and very comfortable with a very long bar, high top and low tables and upholstered furniture set up into small conversation areas.

Our meals were the highlight. I had the Braised Short Ribs and will get them again and again...very moist and tender. My husband raved about the Filet Mignon. The prices are very reasonable and the wine serving is generous. We were in somewhat of a hurry as we were going to the theater. Our meals arrived quickly giving us plenty of time to enjoy our dinners.

Had a group dinner here and enjoyed it a lot. Small space so plan ahead if coming in numbers. There was a solo singer/guitarist covering lots of 90's hits and he was outstanding. Loft atmosphere gives it a fun vibe. Had mostly appetizers and highly recommend the buffalo chicken dip. Outstanding.

Hopping place Friday night after work and before Pirates game and cultural district performances.
This was our first visit to Olive or Twist and all four of us felt the food was far better than expected.
Prices were quite reasonable for the quality and location of the restaurant. all 4 of us voted to Definitely Return!!!
