Made my second trip to Lidia's recently. As with the first visit, I wasn't disappointed. Initially the waiter brought some freshly baked bread to the table accompanied by an olive tapenade and a pesto spread. The meal itself began with a cup of kale and bean soup. It disappeared so fast that the waiter jokingly asked if was any good. For an entree the pasta trio was chosen. This included a potato and leek ravioli, rotini with bolognese sauce and a spinach fettuccine. My favorite was the ravioli. The pasta selection is an all you can eat option. After the second round of pasta there was, needless to say, no room left for dessert. The staff was friendly and knowledgable as well as attentive. The atmosphere at Lidia's is inviting and clean. Next time I'll have to leave room for dessert.
