They have one of the best breakfasts around town. What makes it perfect for me is their regular pancakes with the crispy edges... perfect. The service here was as good as the service at their Strip, and Squirrel Hill locations. And, it is reasonably priced. I always enjoy Pamela's...

Wonderfully eclectic diner with great artist drawn murals on the wall of restaurant patrons and staff. The food was great, Service top notch, and other diners friendly.
Worth the trip from where ever you are.

Didn't understand what all the hype was about this restaurant. mediocre french toast with pecans and syrup no big deal. My son had omelet that was just an omelet with a few different ingredients. Like I said. just a normal breakfast with a few extras that didn't meet the rave reviews. and the bathrooms..........

Pamela’s is a great breakfast and lunch spot in Shadyside. The waits can be long, it is cash only, but oh so delicious! Love the pancakes and waffles here- very special!

All the staff were very friendly. The service was great. The portions very generous. The strawberry pancakes are the best!
