“Best breakfast in the 'Burg”
Reviewed December 7, 2012

Been here at least 5 time and the pancakes never fail to impress. The strip location always has a long line on weekends but you can walk in on most weekdays. The pancakes can't be duplicated at home. I believe its the seasoning of the griddle but they make the best you will ever have. Some of the topping would make a great dessert but that"s half the fun.

“Breakfast fit for a President!”
Reviewed November 22, 2012

Butter and yumm. Best crepe pancakes ever. Fit for a prescient and First Lady.
Lovely staff able to deal with hustle, bustle and crowds. Always consistent. Lyonnaise potatoes sooo decadent. Must go to. In the burgh!

“A one of a kind breakfast experience”
Reviewed November 17, 2012 via mobile

This place is a land mark in Pittsburgh for a reason, the most amazing pancake dishes, French toast and other breakfast staples. But all with an amazing twist making for amazing flavor combinations of savory and sweet. If you're in Pitt, it's a must!

Wonderful food! Every location (and I've been to all of them!) is uniquely PAMELA'S yet fits the surroundings. Amazing menu, too!

“Good stop for greasy diner food and kitschy atmosphere”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

We enjoyed our stop at Pamela's - it's a great option if you are near Carnegie Mellon or heading to the Phipps Conservatory as we were but I don't think it is worth a trip from downtown Pittsburgh just to eat here. Food was good and very reasonable.
