Seemingly always crowded, Bahama Breeze is a chain unlike any other. We were told a 15-20 minute wait at 8pm on this Thurs evening, and it was about 30 minutes. No worries - we were able to enjoy a tropical drink at the bar before dinner. Two bartenders, but one (woman) covering all. Male bartender slow moving and appeared disorganized. Anyway, our dinner server (Angel) was pleasant and actively listening and quickly responded to our requests. Along with second cocktails, we had coconut shrimp and ahi tuna appetizers (both excellent), followed by our entrees of fish tacos and shrimp/lobster linguini (both excellent as well). We were too full to order dessert.
