Our waitress seemed genuinely happy. She was kind, and attentive. Our breakfast was served lightening fast, and tasted delicious. I got the corned beef hash, and my husband the chorizo hash. I never clean my plate, but I did this day!

I love diners and this one is a winner. They are very popular but we didn't have to wait long at all. Really good diner food - chorizo and cheese omelette was delicious. And fast, friendly service. We both liked it a lot and would go back. NOTE - it is cash only!

Like many tourist attraction places, I think this place is highly overrated. The food is not bad but certainly nothing spectacular or special either. They really should have a prominent sign by the entrance AND the menu that they only take cash! They have a tiny sign by the cashier that you see when you are in line to pay for the food.. it’s too late if you didn’t know beforehand. They tell you where the ATM is nearby, but I really think they should let the patrons know before they order! I was in line to pay, and the cashier took the guy behind me first because she knew him. (I assume she knew him bc of the chat they carried on) I was offended that she didn’t ask me if that’s okay. He didn’t even seem to be in a hurry. Highly unprofessional and rude in my opinion. From the conversation I overheard, she (the cashier) was either the manager or something. This place is very popular, as they usually have a long line, so I doubt my comments would make a difference in the owner’s Or management’s attitude. That’s the thing about these very popular places, they continue to do very well even if somewhere along the line the service and the quality of the food decline. The long reputation, especially with the tourists, will keep this place very busy, I am sure. Read the low starred reviews. Then decide for yourself if the long wait is worth it for you. I am telling you, it is not. I’m not the only one who feels that way from the reviews, but certainly in the minority, it seems.

Came here when family was visiting. Got there early to avoid the crowd and was seated right away. The food was decent but nothing spectacular. We all ordered some sort of egg dish- hashes, scrambles, etc. The food was not very hot. I had a hair in my dish (which I didn’t see until almost done and didn’t let the staff know- it happens, unfortunately). I guess it’s just like any other breakfast spot. Don’t really get the hype.

Stopped in for lunch. Wide variety of breakfast and lunch items. Chose the grilled cheese which is accompanied by fries or onion rings. I chose the onion rings and added a side of fries. Plus, I added bacon and tomatoes to the grilled cheese.

The sandwich was superb. The cheese was perfectly melted, the bacon smoky, the tomatoes ripe, and the bread buttered and expertly grilled. Super flavorful. The fries had a sort of finish or coating which added a crunch and proved to be quite tasty. The onion rings were okay, nothing notable but still good.

Service was on point, wait time wasn't outlandish, price average, so all in all a great meal. Will return when in town.
