I am a Pittsburgh native and every time I come back, Pamela's is a must. The hotcakes are absolutely irresistible and the lyonnaise potatoes are worth every bite. Every time I bring friends to the burgh, Pamela's is a must. Don't miss it!

this is a great old school diner! Heads up, it is cash only. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

My husband and I had a lovely breakfast at Pamela's. Cheery decor peppered with family photos. Try the chorizo hash - lyonnaise potatoes with chopped chorizo sausage, jalapeños, onions topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream. AWESOME!!!! My husband had French toast and bacon. Coffee was great. Service was efficient. I would definitely recommend for breakfast - WONDERFUL!

My wife and I decided to have breakfast out on. We decide to go to Pamela's. It had been sometime since we had eaten there. As usual, it was very crowded and we had to wait about 20 minutes.

As always it was worth the wait. This restaurant has a very different feel from most establishment, be it the old photos family typical photos from my youth or the hip wait staff. It is a good time with very good food.

I do enjoy there pancakes and sausage and bacon, but do not forget to try the potatoes. Enjoy.

They have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. Go ahead, try it, you will enjoy it.

Please remember this is a cash only establishment.

This is a great little diner in the Strip District! We have been here once before and it has not disappointed us this time either! Both times, we had breakfast food. The pancakes and the potato hashes are what makes us like the place. We would love to make it a stop every time we are in the Strip District, but sometimes the wait is long and my kid can be impatient! But, it is worth the wait!
