“Fabulous Venue - Indoors or Outdoors”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 26, 2013

Been here for many shows, and will be for many more. Great venue for both outdoor & indoor concerts. Reasonably priced drinks considering prices out at Starlake and in the stadiums. Great place to see your favorite band(s).

“Concert was great! Parking was a nightmare! Show was way oversold!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2013

Originally slated as an indoor show, sold out fast so moved to outside. Too cold for this in April in PA. Also, there is just too much stuff In one area and not enough parking to accommodate it all. Heinz Field, a large casino, Stage AE, Pitts. Penguins stadium. Leave hours before your show so you can find somewhere to park.

“great venue”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2013

I took my daughter and her friend to the All Time Low/Pierce the Veil/Mayday Parade/You Me @ 6 concert here this weekend. I have to say, I'm not into the whole mosh pit or crowd surfing thing but we still had a great time. The security guards were very pleasant and I even saw one posing for pictures. One thing we weren't prepared for though was that there were absolutely no bags, purses or backpacks allowed inside. I had to run my daughter's friend's backpack back to the hotel room. I don't know if it is always that way or if it was just heightened security because of the Boston Marathon bombing. Also, we arrived an hour and a half before the doors were scheduled to open and the line was already the whole way around the building. We were only in the door about 5 minutes before the first band started. Ticket prices were very reasonable too.

Have been to outdoor and indoor stage, i like the small atmosphere, you feel really close to the band, but there are no seats so it can be a pain when you have danced your butt off and u want to sit for a second!

“Great Venue & Location”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 5, 2013

Stage AE has been a great addition to live music venues in Pittsburgh. The location on Pittsburgh's North Shore is central and easy to get to. Lot's of available paid parking and a few steps from the new T stop.
They have been booking an impressive selection of bands since they opened the doors. The venue has three different setups; a small indoor club stage, a larger indoor auditorium setup and an outdoor stage. The sound for all three setups is great and each gives you the ability to see the artist up close.
Drinks are expensive like a Steelers game but that was expected. The nice thing is they offer BIG drinks to save you trips to the bar. Also, the bartenders are pretty efficient so not too many long lines.
