“Really good food friendly waiters”

We went to this deli because all of the other places we wanted to eat were over an hour wait and they weren't. We were pleasantly surprised that the sandwiches were really good and the soup was too. Relaxed laid back atmosphere makes this place easy to relax in. I would eat there over and over and will being friends and family back too. All of the staff was super friendly.

“Excellent food and beer with value! ”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 5, 2014 via mobile

To start the sheer number of sandwich creations on the menu is almost overwhelming; however, you can do a trio of the sandwiches as sliders. We chose two orders of sliders, six sandwiches, all of which were amazing. The other couple we were with ordered two sandwiches and they were thoroughly impressed. Great food and was a good value. Tried pretzels and beer cheese and both soups to start and all three were very tasty.

On to the beer... the wall of beer bottles is impressive. I run a bar for a living and was envious of the selection. From local craft to Colorado, Washington, California, all amazing beer by the bottle (the Anderson valley summer solstice is amazing and a rare find but a great price). The draft beer selection was great as well with a focus on local crafts with some unique other beers from around the country.

Also is kid friendly or great with Co workers. Bonus you can make mix and match six packs to carry out.

“Good, but overpriced”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 18, 2014

Went here with friends for a low-key dinner. I had the "Three Little Pigs" sandwich (ham, pulled pork, and bacon) which was good but for what you get it was pretty overpriced. The pretzel shop pretzels and beer cheese are okay - I honestly think I could have bought frozen pretzels and cheese sauce at a supermarket and made out a little better! If you want a good sandwich and you don't mind it being on the petite side, go for it, but if you were hoping for the quintessential deli where you get a 4 inch high sandwich and a heap of coleslaw, keep looking.

“Beer beer beer ... beer. And cheesy pretzels.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 10, 2013

My friend was visiting from Texas and we stumbled across Carson Street Deli on her last night. It was such a nice change of pace from the rowdy happenings of Carson Street. We went on a Wednesday night, and they had a beer tasting. Yum! Local brews and ciders. I believe the owner was named Mike and he was a hoot. We loved talking to him and the rest of the staff. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the different beers they serve. Get the pretzels with beer cheese. You can't go wrong.

“Quality!”

Been here a few times. They never disappoint. Roast beef sandwich is packed full on fresh breadworks bread. Great sandwiches and friendly service. The guy with the handlebar mustache was prompt and very helpful.
