A wonderful variety of authentic Thai food. You can make a meal with the different appetizers alone. Family owned and take pride in their food and service. Serene atmosphere off the busy chaotic Strip. Elegant and authentic Thai decor enhance the ambiance. Very attractive layout and very clean.

Don't be fooled by the exterior, there is some very good Thai food inside. You can easily pass by this location but having read Trip Advisor reviews we decided to give it a try. I had fish cakes and a Mussaman Curry and both were outstanding. My wife had soup and a curry with tofu and was very happy.

We love Thai food and have it everywhere we travel. We were back in Pittsburgh and, as always, scouted the top rated restaurants on TripAdvisor. We found Little Bangkok listed in the top ten (of over 1,000 in the city), so we decided to try it.

The neighborhood it is in is a wholesale produce area which is very active during most days, but lightly populated at night. Fortunately, it is a safe area at both times. It is dwarfed by a much larger restaurant next door and we almost didn't see it as a result.

Inside, the immediate reaction is that it is not a warm and inviting place. Concrete floors and limited decorations tell you that they had better have excellent food because atmosphere is not their strong point.

And they do have outstanding food! It was wonderful. There were only two of us, but we were so excited by the smells and what others were having, that we ordered three dishes where two would have been more than enough. The drunken noodles came first and were amazing. We were so pleased with them that we had to remind ourselves that, if we finished them, we wouldn't have room for the other dishes. The other two dishes came next - a yellow curry with shrimp and a seafood mixture whose name I have forgotten (but not the wonderful aroma and taste). We threw caution to the wind and finished both dishes even though we were full when only half of both dishes had been eaten.

They have a BYOB policy ($3 for setups). They didn't take my Amex card but my MasterCard was acceptable. Price was a little lower than at most Thai restaurants and portions were more than adequate.

All in all, we left with smiles on our faces and a promise to ourselves that we will return again and again. (The drunken noodles are still in the refrigerator and I think I am going to finish them off for lunch).

So glad we read about this place and made a point to stop in. The four of us ordered various noodle dishes and fried rice and everything was awesome. Also split a yum salad that was amazing. Our server was a super helpful super friendly Korean woman who couldn't have been more accommodating. Dinner serving sizes were very large, no one finished so we should have shared. The total cost was 80$ including 20% tip for 4 dinners, 1 salad, and 4 lg jasmine tea, which seems pretty average for the area. The whole strip is a sensory wonder with all the great restaurants and shops. Plan an afternoon (or even a day) here with time to shop and eat and start with an empty belly...you won't be sorry!
