The building is very nice. The layout is not my favorite
and service on the floor was limited. The best part was
the Champagne buffet we had at the Grand View on the
2nd floor. Nice area to walk around outside along the river.

Prefer Meadows Washington for gambling.

Although the facility is beautiful, it has been poorly managed from the start. Several staff members have commented that the management is weak with continual turnover. This is evidenced by poor employee morale and attitude. This casino, with its Pittsburgh North Shore location, doesn't seem to need business - and by no means does the staff attempt to make the customer feel important or even welcome. The non-smoking table games section is directly adjacent to the smoking section and is also very smokey. Waitress service is slow and often absent on the casino floor. Cashier's desk is always under staffed with a long wait. Comps are weak and except for Andrews Restaurant, the food is average at best.

Not the best, not the worst, but the newest in these parts. Good place to go before either a football game, or baseball. One tip dont eat here

Clearly this is a very fine restaurant from the time you walk in until you depart. Great food, great atmosphere, perfect drinks and service that was incomparable

Decided to come here to check out the casino, no one under 21yrs old is allowed in, they check IDs before you enter the casino floors. It was your average casino: tables, slots, etc. Didn't get to try the buffet, but it wasn't too pricey if I can remember. There was definitely a lot more people here than in downtown Pittsburgh, so I guess this was the place to be!
