I think that the dinosaurs at the Carnegie are the BEST EVER. The whole exhibit is fantastic. In fact, I love this museum and think it is one of the best.

“Superior dinosaur exhibit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 26, 2013

I've been to many museums around the nation, as well as overseas, and this museum has the best dinosaur exhibit of them all. I've seen it updated over the years, but on my most recent visit, I was impressed with the number of skeletons, the layout, and the overlook area.

The gem area has also been re-done, since my last visit. I was just as impressed as I was when I was a child. The lighting is well-done and creates lots of sparkle. There are 360-degree views of the multiple cases of rocks and minerals too.

There's many other areas not to be missed, like the Egyptian and Inuit exhibits. This is a great place for a family to visit, but couples and singles will also enjoy it. I highly recommend visiting this museum, and you just might need two days to see it all.....because your admission to the Carnegie Museum of Natural History also includes admission to the Carnegie Museum of Art.

Thanks to the late Andrew Carnegie. We have a gem here. A place of learning for any age of visitor. Well laid out. Great dinosaurs. A place the children will love.

“Worth the trip”

Was a wonderful day at the museum. Love the dinosaurs and the discovery room. Would love to have the noisy, moving dinosaurs exhibit again. Saw it years ago...
