“A MUST see and experience for native Pittsburghers and visitors”
Reviewed September 15, 2013

This reviewer grew up in Pittsburgh and the insights, and facts that this one building contains, is worth FAR more than the price of admission. AT least 3- 4 hours to read and experience the sports floors, and Heinz product displays. So much fun! Walk around the block for some lunch and come back and view the "special collection" floor. So great!
* Take the stairs to each floor and receive the infamous PICKLE pin!

“favorite museum ever”
Reviewed September 12, 2013

The first time I went to this museum there was an exhibit of Pulitzer Prize winning photographs. I spent hours reading about the photos and watching the films about some of the photographers. I was moved to tears more than once. Every time I've gone back, I see something new that really makes me proud to be a Pittsburgher. it is so interesting no matter where you focus- sports, Mr. Rogers, transportation. Wonderful throughout!

“perfect museum for the whole family!”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

This is a one of a kind museum. Unique and breakthrough history museum plus an in depth museum of sports. Plus many interactive activities throughout for kids of all ages. A perfect location for anyone in the family - even those who "hate" museums. This one has something for everyone. When you are done, visit the nearby strip district for unique Pittsburgh food choices.
