Historical Pittsburgh stuff... didn't impress me. I grew up here. Something to do while in the strip district!

I was here for a recent conference and my two teens wandered around the Center for a couple of hours - they loved the sports zone and they don't usually like sports themed things - the exhibits are very unique and informative. Price is not bad for what you get!

Small museum with lots of interesting content. Very appealing to kids and adults. As first time visitors to Pittsburgh, we learned a lot about this region.

We went to the Heinz History Center (which includes the Pittsburgh Sports Museum) mainly because we stayed at the Hampton Inn right across the street and because it was raining too hard to walk around outside. We were surprisingly impressed. Good for adults and children. There is a lot of variety in the exhibitions and the layout is well designed. The building itself is a very nice design too. There's also a nice sandwich shop/cafe for a snack.

What a great place to learn about Pittsburgh. Not to overwhelming, enough history to really appreciate it. We got a stamp on every floor so we could get the "prize".
