We loved this hotel. It was extremely clean, quiet, and the amenities were as advertised. We return here every year when visiting relatives. I am a big fan of the indoor pool- the water was clean and at the right temperature. Hot tub worked great.

If you can't afford the Pittsburgh hotels, this is an excellent hotel and staff, although I would not say it is inexpensive. It was a good balance between good accommodations and price. Easy access to Pittsburgh.

Spent two nights here on a weekend get away. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was as expected for a Hampton Inn. Overall the hotel was very clean and quiet since the Steelers were not intown. This hotel has good access to downtown less than 10 minutes.

Room Tip: Since the Steelers were not intown the hotel was very quiet.

We stayed here because of location, it was near family we were visiting. Overall this was a disappointment because several pieces of equipment in the fitness room were broken and the staff didn't seem too concerned about it when I complained. Because the hotel was very full we were unable to use the fitness room. The rooms are nice but traffic can be heard in the ones that face the road. The breakfast was serviceable, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, eggs and yogurt with baked goods but because of location, everyone was taking advantage of this. There is really nothing around this hotel and it is tricky to get to if you are exiting 279 and travelling east on McKnight. You must go past the hotel to the traffic light and either do a U-turn(illegal) or turn right into a small gas station parking lot, them manage a turn around there and exit at a rather dangerous place. I feel the price of this hotel was too high for the service my husband and I received.

Room Tip: Beg for the back side of the hotel. You can definitely hear traffic noise on the front side of the h...

If One thing can be said about this hotel it is for sure the terrible location! Yes, it is on a road that has a ton of restaurants/Malls on it for about 15-20 miles! On the downside, you have to be going south bound to be able to easily pull into the hotel! There is a large divider median that cuts between the north bound and south bound lanes, so to get to and from the hotel requires a series of strategic U-TURNS. I would not stay at this location again Only Because of this!
I booked the best suite they had which was a whirlpool suite- Cost 204 out the door. It was comprised of 1 big room separated by a small dividing wall. One side was the living room, one side was the bedroom with 2 separate TVs. Had a kitchen sink in the room across from the desk area. Clean carpets, Clean Bedding, Clean Bathroom, No little hairs on the shower walls.. but I dont think the room had been used in awhile because I could see a ring in the toilet from the water sitting for an extended period of time.
Whirlpool was nice, except the jets were placed a foot under the intended water level, which meant I could not make it a bubble bath. It was also located in an unideal location- the bathroom! The shower and whirlpool were one unit. The Worst part was the size of the whirlpool would only fit 1 person. It is like a large deep soaking bathtub with jets in it.
Breakfast was crap if you have a sweet tooth like I do in the morning. No sugary cereals, few pastries and muffins. The worst part was the fruit bowl had the sweet fruits mixed in with a bunch of sour grapefruit pieces. It was disgusting. Good Orange juice though.

My husband and I enjoyed a nice get away for the evening. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and service was great. The hot breakfast was very good. Everything that was part of our package was ready when we arrived.
