Nice staff but the hotel was an older hotel and even with all the updates it still was an old property where they just put lipstick on the pig. Also there was no bar or restaurant since it was under construction so the bar and breakfast were just in a makeshift conference room. Not bad for the price but there are much better hotels in Pittsburgh.

was a pleasure, very clean rooms, comfortable beds room service was a treat and the shuttle service was great did not have to rely on any other transportation. Pool was very relaxing. We will utilize this hotel again

My 7 yr old son and I decided to do an impromptu stop while driving through... we absolutely loved it here. Staff were so helpful and friendly, and the glass rooftop pool area on the third floor was nice. We were on the 18th floor nestled in all of the downtown buildings, which is exactly what my son requested - he doesn't want to leave! Lol

Rooms decent, noise from room above intolerable. Had to ask management to either get it under control or move us. 2nd night, dogs barking in hall, screaming drunks at 2AM were crazy. We aren't overly sensitive and normally put up with a lot, but this hotel seemed to be full of nut cases. Restaurant was disappointing as well. Since it was light up night before the holidays, nothing else close was available for reservations which is why we wound up at the hotel. My steak dish was OK, wife's fish dish had the smallest thin overly done portions I had ever seen - but she declined to send it back since we had waited so long. No wonder this restaurant was barely 20% occupied.

Room tip: Not sure maybe upper floors.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for Pens games and have always been impressed with kindness of the staff and the hotel is very clean. There has never been a question that was not answered with many different options. The game was in walking distance and made for a great experience for my son.
