This hotel is always a great place to stay for my business travels. They are always courteous, helpful and cheerful while we are there and the place is kept extremely clean. We have our quarterly work meetings here and they help schedule the food to be delivered and set it up for us. We always are able to get late check outs and have never experienced any problems in staying here.
Overall, the experience was as expected. On checkout we were called at 11:02 am to see when we would be exiting the room. Fine, we are slackers (???), but to receive a phone call for this from the front desk for staying in the room for two extra minutes I found very rude. I found this very off putting and wouldn't stay there again, because there are other options in the same price range in the area.
Excellent value, superior room, above average facilities, breakfast room is attractive and comfortable, this hotel offered hot food from 5 to 7 in the evening and a full variety of food in the morning from oatmeal to fruit salad, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy and beverages. Staff were cordial and called the room to ensure our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend and stay again when travelling.
The Accessible room with a roll in shower has the shower head in the center of the back wall making it difficult for the handicapped person the take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom. The caregiver also has difficulty assisting the person requiring the the roll in shower.
Our stay was almost perfect except that there is no bathroom fan switch that the customer can access. Its necessary to run the A/C in winter to clear the fog on the bathroom mirror. It was also necessary to have a bathroom deoderant spray. All other accommodations were superb.
Excellent facility, pleasant staff, very clean, good food. I stay at this motel whenever we go through the area. When I checked in I was welcomed as a Gold member by the desk clerk. I did not have to sign in. The clerk explained the facility and I was told the hours of breakfast and how to access the internet. She also told me that there were snacks available until 6:30pm. I used the luggage transporter to unload the car. The motel was very quiet. The bed was great and we had a very restful sleep. Access to the internet was easy and the quality was great . In the morning we had a very nice breakfast. The food area and dining area were very clean. The food was fresh and hot. When I checked out the process was very fast. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
