My husband and I have been to Majolica half a dozen times for special dinners. We are always pleased. The decor is understated and comfortable, with higher quality local artists' work on the walls. The chef is spectacular. His specialty is seafood, but no matter what you order, you are in for a treat (the octopus appetizer is hands down one of my favorite dishes of all time).
Almost everything is made on site from fresh, local ingredients, and the menu changes seasonally. The service is usually very attentive, yet casual and friendly. Ask them about dishes- they are very knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning whenever possible.
